Fees for consulting services are disclosed in full prior to the commencement of any paid engagement. Fees are non-refundable once consulting sessions have been delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing. All pricing is stated in U.S. dollars.

You Win Concepts reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing paid engagements already in progress.

5. No Guarantees of Results

Business results involve inherent risk. You Win Concepts does not guarantee any specific revenue increase, deal outcome, or financial result independent of separately agreed engagement performance terms.

Any figures, examples, or case studies shared on this Site or in our materials are illustrative only. Past performance of other clients does not predict or guarantee your results.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
